NODI PRINTS WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY  FOR CLIENTS  WHO FAIL TO  READ THESE TERMS.

Terms and conditions for design:

  1. Our lead time for design services is 2-3 working days.
  2. Our lead time for any fabric printing is 3-7 working days.
  3. NO favours , discounts or special preference will be given. We treat ALL our clients as equally important. There are set discount prices for bulk work, request more information from one of ours consultants.
  4. The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Any jobs that have been approved and/or or sent to press cannot be altered or changed due to the nature of the printing process, and no refund will be given.
  5. We strongly urge customers to check the electronic proof of their artwork before submitting the order. No job will be sent to press without your approval.
    An online proof is NOT an accurate colour reproduction of your final printed piece but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. Electronic proofs do not show transparency and over print issues. They also do not show the colour change from RGB or Pantone to CMYK. Therefore, NODI PRINTS will not be liable for colour variation between the proof and the printed product. We will try our best to match the colours of the proof and the printed product but please understand that colour variation differences are inherent inconsistencies of the printing process and we will not be held responsible for it. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if the job is colour critical. You, the Customer are fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof, so please make sure you review it thoroughly.
  6. We will refuse an order, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
  7. All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK colour mode. NODI PRINTS is NOT RESPONSIBLE for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to low resolution artwork provided by the customer, especially if it is approved by the customer already. NODI PRINTS is also not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.
  8. By ordering and using our graphic design services, you, the customer, agree that all designs created and revised by employees of NODI PRINTS are the sole intellectual property of NODI PRINTS . Therefore, this artwork cannot be released to the customer unless there is a written agreement with payment provided to compensate NODI PRINTS for releasing its intellectual property and/or transferring over copyright rights.
  9. If a customer purchases any products or services at NODI PRINTS, the customer agrees to fully pay for all charges, including taxes and shipping/handling fees, by credit card or with an approved payment method BEFORE we complete an order. We will not start working on a print job until we have received the full payment.
  10. All sales are final. Since we customize each order according to your file and exact specifications, no refunds will be given once NODI PRINTS starts working on your order.
  11. Accepted and or paid orders cancelled within 24 hours will carry a 20% cancellation fee provided printing has not commenced. NO REFUNDs will be issued thereafter. NO EXCHANGE or REFUNDs will be given for branded items or any goods that were not inspected upon collection, the customer is liable to inspect their products before leaving the store.

  12. If the order was delivered, the customer has up to 3 days to inspect their goods and should they be defective, they should report immediately so they can be rectified. NO refunds will be given unless it is beyond our control and cannot repair orreplace the item.
 

PRINTING  DISCLAIMER

1. Please be assured that NODI  PRINTS will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your printing  order.

2.  NODI  PRINTS reserves the right to refuse own items that we deem to be unsuitable for our  printing process.

3. NODI  PRINTS is  not liable for replacing or repairing any own items supplied by the client that are damaged during the embroidery / laser  or any  other  printing  process.

4. Personalised printing can be an imperfect process and in rare cases the impact of thread,  ink, laser during  the  process from our machines can cause certain materials to burn,  pucker, bow, or wrinkle. Any requests for printing to be removed, re-done, or refunded will be decided on by NODI  PRINTS.

5. We do not guarantee the quality of embroidery on customer supplied garments. The quality of the garments vary by manufacturer or fabric are beyond our control.

6. Sending and/or dropping off your own items for embroidery, laser, vinyl/ dtf  or UV printing or placing an order that includes bringing your own  items, indicates acceptance of these terms in full.

 

RETURN | REFUND POLICY

Please note that we refer to point 4, 5 and 10 – 12 above before we proceed with the return or refund policy.

WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON PROVIDING OUR CUSTOMERS WITH PRODUCTS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY GIVE RISE TO THE NEED FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT. WE THEREFORE, OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS PEACE OF MIND WHEN THEY SHOP WITH US AND ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO RETURN GOODS ORDERED FOR A REFUND, EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS REFUND POLICY.

 

General Returns

  1. Please note that personalised printed  items cannot be returned/ refunded once they’re printed unless the printed was not as approved.
  2. If you decide that you do not want the goods you have ordered, you may, subject to the remaining provisions of this Returns Policy, return the goods to us for a refund, replacement or exchange.
  3. You must notify us of your intention to return the goods you no longer want within 3 days of receiving your order.
  4. Stock items can only be returned for a refund, replacement or exchange if they are returned to us in a new condition (i.e. the packaging of such goods must be fully intact, and must not have been removed, opened or tampered with). Unfortunately, no products can be returned that are non-stock or branded.  
  5. Should you wish to exchange goods (subject to the provisions of this Returns Policy), you will be required to first return the goods to our premises at your cost.
  6. If you have received the wrong order, any goods are damaged or your order does not arrive, please contact us on 012 030 1420 and we will re-ship the correct order immediately.
  7. ALL REFUNDS CARRY A 20% CANCELLATION HANDLING FEE.

Defective Goods

  1. Should any goods purchased be the subject of any manufacturing defect or failure, or is unsafe, as contemplated in the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”), it may be returned to NODI PRINTS for replacement. 
  2. NODI PRINTS reserves the right to examine the goods and test the goods once returned to confirm that the alleged defect, failure or safety hazard existed at the time of purchase, before the returned goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
  3. The following will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return or refund:
    1. damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the goods;
    2. damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the goods; or
    3. where the specifications of goods, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  1. All goods purchased from NODI PRINTS are covered by insurance until delivered to you. This ensures your order is received by you in good order and is able to be used as specified or intended.
  2. In the unlikely event that your order is misplaced or damaged in transit please contact us on 012 030 1420 and provide a full detailed description of the problem/damage, as well as your name, contact number or email and order number. We will then determine how best to resolve your problem with minimum inconvenience to you.
  3. If your package was damaged in shipment by the courier, save the box and the goods and notify us on 012 030 1420. We will then arrange for the courier to inspect and pick up the damaged package and, subject to our assessment of the goods to confirm damage thereto, the goods will be replaced.

Cancellation of Orders

  1. If you wish to cancel an order that has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible on 012 030 1420.
  2. Once your order has been approved, you will be unable to cancel it. Once received, you may be able to return it to us in the manner set out in 1 above and subject to the provisions therein.

Refund Process

  1. We offer 100% refund (or FREE re-send) if you do not receive your order for any reason. The only instance where a refund will not be given in such circumstances is if incorrect contact/shipping address details are provided at the time of ordering, so please always double check your delivery address.
  2. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  3. Also note that the Design fees are non-refundable.
  4. Refunds are reviewed and clients are required to read the terms of design before requesting for a refund/ exchange
  5. Once the refund is approved, please allow 2-3 days for the payment to be initiated, the refund is mostly returned using the payment used.

ITEMS ON SPECIAL / SALE / PROMOTIONS

  1. The above items shall not be entitled to a refund, ONLY exchanges are allowed provided the item is in its original packaging and not damaged.
  2. NODI PRINTS reserves the right to not take an item for a refund or exchange upon inspection when they see that it is not in it original shape or form.
  3. All above item sales are final.
  4. NODI PRINTS does not offer discount on delivery unless otherwise stated.
